Delete your Glot Cast account

We don't want to make this hard. If you'd like us to permanently remove your account and all associated data, send us an email and we'll take care of it.

Send a deletion request

Email us from the address you use to sign in (or include it in the message), so we can confirm the request belongs to you.

The button opens your default email app with a pre-filled message. If it doesn't, just copy [email protected] into your mail client.

We verify the request belongs to you and reply.
3. Deleted in 30 days
Your account and personal data are permanently removed.

What gets deleted: your profile, saved vocabulary, Leitner progress, listening history and any preferences. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.

What we may keep: a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any data we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records if you ever made a purchase).
